FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is an insurance broker?

Insurance brokers are qualified professionals who work on your behalf to help you find the appropriate insurance cover. Unlike an insurer who sells their own products, our brokers have access to a wide range of insurers and policies. Our role is to understand your unique circumstances, identify potential risks, and then source tailored insurance solutions that provide the appropriate protection for you, your family, or your business.

  • Why use an insurance broker?

Using a broker means you have an expert in your corner. Our brokers ask the right questions to get a thorough understanding of you and your insurance requirements and negotiate with insurers to provide you with insurance solutions to meet your needs. When it comes to claims, we act as your advocate, working directly with the insurer to achieve a fair and timely outcome. We reduce the stress of navigating insurance by providing clear information and ongoing support.

  • Why choose Network Insurance House?

At Network Insurance House, our clients are at the heart of everything we do. We take the time to understand your needs and build long-term partnerships, ensuring every solution is tailored to protect what matters most to you. With decades of experience and specialist insight, our team brings the expertise needed to simplify complex risks and deliver results. We combine the strength of a national network with the care and service of a local partner. That means every client gets personal, tailored service backed by the strength, scale and market access of the Steadfast Group. Most importantly, we act as your advocate. From arranging the appropriate cover to standing beside you at claim time, we champion your needs to drive better outcomes when it matters most.

  • How do I get a quote?

Getting a quote is easy. Simply visit our Contact Us page and let us know what type of insurance you’re looking for. One of our brokers will get in touch to understand your needs and provide a tailored quote.

  • How do I make a claim?

Making a claim can be stressful. When it comes to claims, we act as your advocate and will be there to support you every step of the way. Start by contacting us on 1300 655 037, or completing our online claims notification form.
